Aaron Evans were the architects for this major redevelopment of a grade I listed crescent in a prominent and enviable position just off Lansdown Hill in Bath.

The works included the construction of a new 5-storey town house on the end of the crescent of Victorian buildings. Park Lane Bathstone was chosen because of its uniformity and performance.
